Generally, most orders are scheduled and returned next day.
Same-day orders can be delivered same day if scheduled and picked up before noon. Please plan accordingly.
For orders 100 lbs. or more, please allow 48 to 72 hours for turnaround.
No. We keep all orders separate to avoid mix-ups, losses, and cross-contamination.
We can wash your laundry according to your personal sorting method. Please note, however, for any pre-sorted load that must be washed separately, there is a $4 charge for each separated load that is less than 18 lbs.

When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you the next business day after we pick them up.
No but you must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
