Our wash and fold services are available to you, priced by the pound for most laundry. Some items like comforters are priced by the item regardless of individual weight—a valuable savings to you. 

You can get our wash and fold services which include regular detergents and softeners for as low as $1.70 per pound. Upgrade to name-brand products like Tide, Gain, Downy, and Bounce for $0.10/lb. extra per selected product.

Laundry Service Availability and Scheduling

Tell us when you want us to come pick up your laundry and when to drop it back off. We offer laundry pickup and delivery near Queens and Brooklyn Monday through Saturday. Driver availability may vary so sign in to see available windows for pick-up and drop-off. Choose dates that work for you. Also tell us how often you want us to pick up your laundry.

We offer our wash and fold delivery services on an as-needed basis, perfect for occasional or infrequent use. If you prefer to have your laundry done for you every week or every other week, choose weekly or biweekly pick-ups for a reduced rate.

Our wash and fold service is available for pickup and delivery Monday through Friday from 8AM to 10PM and Saturday 5PM to 9PM. Sign in to see available driver times and select what works for you.
We have fast turnaround. Most orders are returned next day. Get same day pickup with same day delivery, too; laundry must be picked up before noon for same day delivery so plan accordingly. Orders 100 lbs. or more will require 48 to 72 hours.

Prepare Your Laundry for Pickup

After you submit your order, now gather up your dirty laundry into a bag. Kitchen trash bags work well for this but any cinchable plastic bag will do. 

Our mobile laundry near Queens and Brooklyn wants to deliver exceptional laundry services. To get the most out of our wash and fold services, please be clear and descriptive with any special requests. We do our best to oblige special requests such as spot treating stains*, low dry temperatures, and hang drying items. However, for such requests, because we want to be sure we treat the right items to your expectations, please sort and note anything that needs special treatment.

Please note that we do not check each garment's labels for washing instructions so it's important that you specify anything that needs special handling. Also, please also check and empty pockets for pens, keys, change, receipts, and anything else before sending your laundry.

On your scheduled pick-up day, our driver will come by to pick up your order. If you won't be home or prefer to keep the pickup laundry service contactless, leave the laundry out; but please note this in your order when scheduling online.

Your laundry will be washed, dried, fluffed, and folded to perfection. Our NYC laundry services near Queens and Brooklyn use premium detergents and softeners and offer brand name products like Tide, Downy, and Bounce to clean and care for your clothes for a small upcharge.

We'll fold and professionally package everything with delivery to your door. Most orders are returned in 24 hours (or your scheduled delivery day). We can also deliver same day as pick-up if your order is picked up before noon. Please note, large order (100lbs. or more) may take 48 to 72 hours for turnaround.
